How much?

We charge by the hour to make your costs as transparent as possible. Once we receive your background questionnaire (as well as any other documentation, such as a psycho-educational report), we tailor the services to your needs and talk more specifically about rates, terms, and conditions. Please note that the consultation notes are integral to your learning progress, so we charge independently for the time taken to prepare them.

Some external funding options may be available if the costs are out of your range. Please contact Wired Consulting directly about this.

Rates

Learner Consultation

$80 an hour (includes GST)

2 to 3 hours for first meeting then decreasing to 1 or 2 hours.

Includes consultation notes with tips and recommendations.

Neurodiversity Screening

$100 an hour (includes GST)

4 hours maximum

Includes report with findings and recommendations.

Coaching

$80 an hour (includes GST)

45 minutes minimum

Includes brief consultation notes.

Other services

Group consultation: Please contact Wired Consulting directly to discuss options.

Additional services such as referral letters, late deletion support letters etc. $ 100 an hour (includes GST).

Terms and Conditions

  • The number of sessions and level of assistance will vary depending on your needs and priorities.

  • The length of session may fluctuate and/or reduce over time.

  • Your consent will be sought before additional services are provided.

Health and Safety            

  • The Wired Consultants are academic learning specialists, not registered psychologists, or counsellors. Should the need arise, they reserve the right to inform you that the issue and/or your requirements are beyond their scope and to refer you to a more appropriate support service. 

  • Should you share information that, in the professional opinion of the Wired Consultant, puts yourself and/or others at risk, they have a duty of care to pass this information on to an appropriate support person and/or service. Should this situation occur, please do not take offence.

  • Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Cancellation

  • Please let us know if you are cancelling a session as soon as you can.

  • If you do not advise Wired Consulting of a change to your appointment by 8.00 am on the day of the appointment, then cancellation fees will be charged using the following process:

    o   First no-show: No charge

    o   Second no-show: $15 charge

    o   Third no-show: Full session charge

Refunds

  • Please let us know if a refund is required. It may incur a 3% processing fee.

Ownership of resources

  • Materials and resources shared by Wired Consulting are the intellectual property of the business. We do not give you permission to reproduce the resources and/or release the material in the public domain. Please speak with us first if you would like to share the information.
